Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked service. All shipments include tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Standard Shipping (2-4 Business Days)

• Orders £1.00 - £20.00: £2.50
• Orders £20.00 - £50.00: £3.50
• Orders £50.00 - £150.00: FREE

Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days)

• Orders £1.00 - £20.00: £3.50
• Orders £20.00 - £50.00: £4.50

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for customers within 1.5 miles of Norwood Park.

• Minimum order: £25.00
• Delivery times are coordinated after order placement

International Shipping (EU)

We ship to European Union countries via DPD and Yodel. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel's progress.
